How to Book a Shoot
Booking a production with me is designed to be completely stress-free. Whether you want to join me on set or ship your collection directly to me for a fully remote production, we follow a simple, four-step process to bring your vision to life.
1. The Discovery Call & Briefing
We begin with a quick discovery call to discuss your upcoming collection, your aesthetic goals, and your timeline. We will determine if your project fits into my upcoming production tracks or if we are building a bespoke destination shoot just for you.
2. Securing Your Dates
To officially lock in your dates on my calendar and initiate the pre-production phase, a 10% non-refundable booking deposit is required. Once this is cleared, your slot is secure, and I take over the heavy lifting of the planning process.
3. Concept, Casting & Scouting
This is where the magic begins. I will build out your comprehensive visual moodboards and curate a tailored shortlist of vetted agency models and scouted locations. If you have a specific, dream location in mind that isn't on my immediate schedule, you are always welcome to request a custom location. I am incredibly happy to travel to new destinations worldwide, provided we can align the production dates with my current global shooting schedule.
4. Execution & Final Gallery Delivery
On shoot day, I manage the set entirely- handling the photography, model movement, and styling details. After the shoot, your images go into post-production for editing. Within our agreed timeline, you will receive a premium, multi-format digital asset library ready to launch across your website, look books, and social channels.
Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book my shoot?
I typically require a lead time of at least 3 weeks to properly manage pre-production. This gives us ample time to align on your creative direction, build custom mood boards, allow for your items to ship safely to me, and secure premium agency talent.
Planning ahead? If you have a campaign coming up in the next 6 months, you can secure your spot on my production calendar with a 10% booking deposit.
What are your investment and payment terms?
To lock in your dates and officially kick off the pre-production phase, a 10% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the shoot day. To make campaign investments stress-free for growing brands, I also offer the flexibility of splitting your payments into 3 equal instalments.
How do we choose the models?
Once your deposit is cleared and your dates are locked in, I get straight to work. I will curate a tailored shortlist of vetted agency models and freelance talent that align closely with your campaign brief. We will then review these together to ensure every selection matches your brand's aesthetic and creative goals.
Image Licensing: Where can I use my campaign content?
All standard photography packages grant you one year of usage rights for social media platforms and website use to showcase your collection online.
Paid Ads & Print: If you plan to extend your content's reach to paid digital ads, email marketing, print lookbooks, or physical billboards, let me know ahead of time. I can easily arrange a tailored commercial license extension to ensure you are fully covered.
Exclusive Rights: If your brand requires total exclusivity over the images so they belong solely to your asset library, we can set up a custom exclusive licensing agreement.
How do you handle location scouting?
My scouting workflow combines meticulous advance planning with on-the-ground exploration. If your shoot requires a specific hotel, architectural property, or an iconic landmark, I secure and lock those primary backdrops in ahead of time.
However, the real magic happens right after I land. I spend my first full day on-location hunting for hidden gems—scouting the exact coves, rugged cliffs, or quiet pathways that the public usually misses. This allows me to map out the precise lighting, angles, and micro-details in the days before we shoot, giving your campaign a completely unique and premium look.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Living and working in London means I am highly experienced in adapting to sudden rain, changing conditions, and unpredictable weather without breaking a sweat. However, to fully protect your campaign when traveling for destination shoots, I always plan my trips for a minimum of 8 days. Booking an extended trip gives us maximum flexibility to shift our shoot days around if we hit severe weather, ensuring we always capture your collection in the perfect light.
